YOUR B2B ACCOUNT IN THREE STEPS

CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

First, register in the LOXX online shop using your business contact details.

Go to registration

SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS

Then send us your VAT identification number and a current business registration certificate or other proof of business, stating the email address used for your customer account.

VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL

We will review your details and notify you by email as soon as your account has been approved for B2B access.

B2B TERMS AT A GLANCE

FOR BUSINESSES ONLY

The B2B section is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who place orders in the course of their commercial or independent professional activities.

PRICES AND VAT

Prices displayed in the approved B2B section are net prices, excluding the applicable statutory VAT and any shipping costs that may apply.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

The minimum net merchandise value is €250.00 per order. A B2B order cannot be completed if this amount has not been reached.

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EU

A delivery from Germany to a business in another EU Member State may be invoiced as an intra-Community supply without German VAT if a valid VAT identification number issued by another EU Member State is used and all other statutory requirements are met and documented. If these requirements are not met, the legally applicable VAT will be charged.

DELIVERIES TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Deliveries to countries outside the EU VAT territory may be treated as VAT-exempt exports if the statutory requirements are met and documented. Import VAT, customs duties or other charges may apply in the destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination, order volume and shipping method. If this information is not yet shown conclusively during checkout, we will provide it after reviewing your enquiry and before issuing a binding order confirmation.

The tax requirements applicable to each individual transaction and the information stated in our order confirmation are decisive for invoicing.
